Welcome to MACE – Indian Restaurant, located at 39-41 Elliott Street, Auckland CBD, New Zealand. By making a reservation with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Reservation Policy

• Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon successful completion.

2. Reservation Timing

• Hours of Operation: Monday – Sunday: 11:30 AM – 9:00 PM.
• Table Holding Policy: We will hold your table for 15 minutes beyond your reservation time. If you anticipate a delay, please inform us in advance to retain your reservation.

3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

• Cancellations: We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to allow others the opportunity to book.
• No-Shows: Failing to arrive without notice may impact your ability to make future reservations.

4. Special Requests and Dietary Needs

• Special Requests: Please inform us of any special seating requests, accessibility requirements, or dietary restrictions at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate these needs.
• Allergies: While we aim to cater to dietary preferences, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens due to shared kitchen spaces.

• MACE – Indian Restaurant is not liable for any personal items that are lost, stolen, or damaged on the premises.
• Patrons are responsible for their own actions. Any damage caused by a guest may result in liability for the costs of repair or replacement.
