1. Cancellations and Refunds for Reservations
Standard Reservations: We do not require prepayment for standard reservations. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
Prepaid Reservations: In cases where a deposit or prepayment is required (for large groups or special events), cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled reservation will qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Refunds for No-Shows
No-Show Policy: If a guest fails to arrive for a reservation without prior notice, any prepaid deposit may be non-refundable. However, we encourage guests to contact us if they experience unexpected delays or need to reschedule.
3. Special Events and Private Bookings
Special Events: For private bookings, large groups, or special events, a separate agreement outlining specific cancellation terms and refund policies will be provided at the time of booking.
Event Cancellation by MACE – Indian Restaurant: In the unlikely event that MACE – Indian Restaurant must cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund of any prepaid amount.
4. Processing of Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation. Refunds will be made via the original payment method, and any applicable fees may be deducted as specified at the time of booking.
